The HOWLER

This 2018 Ford Raptor was given to us to modify for the new Arena Football Team here in Everett, WA this is part of the AFL league. We got the opportunity to design and create this wrap for the Washington Wolfpack. They wanted to work with us since we are known for edgy designs and pushing the limits when it comes to creativity and smart marketing tactics. We also had to create a custom applique plate for the back of the tailgate to maximize the marketing and not limit our space due to the FORD name on majority of the tailgate so we made a template and cut it to shape so the tailgate would become flat and allow for a great rear billboard.

They are going to use this Ford Raptor as an advertisement for local events, for the halftime shows at all home games and opportunities for kids and fans to get photos with the HOWLER. We wanted the truck to retain an Omanis feel throughout with dark shades of black, but at the same time playing of the brand identity logo and bringing color blocking as seen with the purple/teal used throughout the design. We also wanted it to feel like the Pacific Northwest and so we worked in some mountains and an Aurora Borealis feel. We also wrapped the entire face of the OEM stock wheel to make it feel more custom and added free handed pin-stripes as accent and did those two faced so one side one color and the other side the other color. We also added on some Rainbow burnt Sick Speed lugs to help continue with the Omanis look we want. We also kept in-mind that many would see this vehicle and so we choose Matte for the finish so it will always look its best and never creating glare or taking away from the brand when in video and or photographed. Another cool element is the QR code we added, this is a custom FlowCode that we created here at Wicked Wraps and we thought how cool would it be if an on-looker could just scan it and the link would take them directly to Ticket Master showing them all the games and tickets they could purchase at the palm of there hand, now that’s marketing! This vehicle is already making a positive influence on the community and we had an absolute blast working on this design, printing it and installing it!
